TOGETHER | 0007| WITH all buildings, improvements and fixtures | 0008| located thereon or appurtenant thereto; | 0009| WITH WARRANTY COVENANTS. | 0010| By acceptance of this deed, the grantee | 0011| covenants and agrees that the above-described | 0012| property shall not, at any time prior to October 1, | 0013| 2001, be used for a use which is competitive with | 0014| the grantor's use of the facility known as "St. | 0015| Vincent Hospital" on St. Michaels' Drive in Santa | 0016| Fe, New Mexico, as an acute care hospital.; and | 0017| WHEREAS, the property shall not be sold for less than the | 0018| value of the property established by the taxation and revenue | 0019| department using generally acceptable appraisal techniques for | 0020| this type of property; | 0021| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE | 0022| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sale be hereby ratified | 0023| and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA | 0024| 1978;
