       Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to

  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 2, line 20, under the Total column strike
  "8,571.8" and insert in lieu thereof "8,739.4".
  
       2.   On page 2, line 21, under the Total column strike
  "3,175.5" and insert in lieu thereof "3,301.7".
  
       3.   On page 3, line 13, under the Authorized FTE: strike
  "227.0" and insert in lieu thereof "236.0", under Perm:  strike
  "11.0" and insert in lieu thereof "12.0", and under Term:  strike
  "9.0" and insert in lieu thereof "9.5" 
  
       4.   Revise subtotals and totals to correspond with these
  amendments.,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
