APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred ninety-five | 0016| thousand dollars ($295,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for | 0018| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting | 0019| to provide substance abuse and wellness retreats for young | 0020| people in Shiprock located in San Juan county. Any unexpended | 0021| or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year | 0022| 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0023| .119839.1 |
