APPROPRIATION.-- | 0017| A. Four million four hundred thousand dollars | 0018| ($4,400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0019| gaming control board for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 in | 0020| the following amounts and for the following purposes: | 0021| (1) one million four hundred thousand dollars | 0022| ($1,400,000) for operational expenses of the gaming control | 0023| board; and | 0024| (2) three million dollars ($3,000,000) for | 0025| capital expenditures required to develop and implement a |
