0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A TREATMENT PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF

0012|     SANTA FE FOR SEXUALLY AGGRESSIVE CHILDREN.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the behavioral health services division of the department of
    |
0018|     health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     funding an intensive therapeutic treatment and prevention
    |
0020|     program in the city of Santa Fe for sexually aggressive
    |
0021|     children who have been referred by the juvenile courts.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
