0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS TO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0018|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of providing for the performance of symphonic
    |
0020|     music in communities throughout the state.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
