APPROPRIATION.--Nine thousand dollars | 0016| ($9,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the | 0019| purpose of purchasing materials and constructing a fence | 0020| around a historic cemetery in the village of Columbus in Luna | 0021| county.
