  HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE BILL 149, as amended
  
  Amendment sponsored by Representative Ben Lujan
  
  
    1.  On page 3, lines 19 and 20, strike "seven hundred forty-four
  thousand five hundred dollars ($744,500)" and insert in lieu thereof
  "seven hundred forty-four thousand three hundred dollars ($744,300)".
  
    2.  On page 6, strike Section 7 in its entirety and renumber
  succeeding sections accordingly.
  
    3.  On page 22, line 1, strike "and".
  
    4.  On page 22, strike lines 2 through 4 in their entirety and
  insert in lieu thereof:
  
        "E.  seven million four hundred thousand dollars ($7,400,000)
  to provide for the purchase and necessary repairs and improvements of
  the Pinon building located in Santa Fe county;
  
        F.  six million dollars ($6,000,000) for renovations and
  improvements to Tingley coliseum at the New Mexico state fairgrounds
  located in Bernalillo county; and
  
        G.  one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000)
  for renovations and improvements to various facilities located at the
  New Mexico state fairgrounds in Bernalillo county.".
  
    5.  On pages 50 and 51, strike Section 42 in its entirety.
