  Amendment sponsored by Senator Joseph A. Fidel 
  
  
      1.  On page 21, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following
  new subsection:
  
          "C.  seven million four hundred thousand dollars
  ($7,400,000) to purchase, repair, renovate and make other
  improvements to the Pinon building in Santa Fe county;".
  
      2.  Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
  
      3.  On item 47 of the committee report, change the page and
