APPROPRIATION.--One hundred six thousand | 0016| dollars ($106,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the children, youth and families department for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of developing a youth corps | 0019| program in Taos county, which will teach at-risk youth | 0020| marketable skills, help them earn their graduate equivalency | 0021| diplomas and otherwise offer a healthy alternative to youth | 0022| incarceration.
