0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO LIVESTOCK BOARD TO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the New Mexico livestock
    |
0018|     board's cash balances to the board's interim receipts and
    |
0019|     disbursements fund for expenditure in fiscal years 1999 and
    |
0020|     2000 to contribute to research projects concerned with the
    |
0021|     vesicular stomatitis virus in livestock.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000
    |
0023|     shall revert to the New Mexico livestock board's general fund.
