APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fourteen thousand | 0016| four hundred seventy dollars ($114,470) is appropriated from | 0017| the general fund to the state department of public education | 0018| for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding | 0019| home-based family services through the Las Cruces public | 0020| schools parents as teachers pilot program.
