0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE MEDICATION

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of supporting the statewide medication aides
    |
0020|     program providing services to developmentally disabled persons
    |
0021|     who reside outside of licensed health care institutions.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
