APPROPRIATION.--Forty-five thousand dollars | 0017| ($45,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy, | 0018| minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding a feasibility | 0020| study of an environmentally conscious and energy-efficient | 0021| building for an environmental program in Taos county.
