       l.  On page l, line l2, strike "REPEALING SECTIONS OF THE
  NMSA 1978;".
  
       2.  On page 4, strike all of lines 24 and 25 and on page 5,
  strike line l, and renumber the succeeding section.,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
