       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 352
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 8, lines 2 and 3, strike "ten thousand
  dollars ($10,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty thousand
  dollars ($50,000)".
  
       2.  On page 8, lines 6 and 7, strike "one thousand
  dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten thousand
  dollars ($10,000)".
  
       3.  On page 8, line 7, strike "ten thousand dollars
  ($10,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty thousand dollars
  ($50,000)".
  
       4.  On page 8, line 9, strike "one thousand dollars
  ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten thousand dollars
  ($10,000)".
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
