APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-eight thousand dollars | 0017| ($38,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| children, youth and families department for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding a full-time | 0020| juvenile probation and parole officer for De Baca county.
