APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars | 0016| ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 | 0018| for the purpose of conducting an engineering assessment of the | 0019| De Baca county landfill.
