0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR NON-RECURRING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

0012|     FOR GRIEF COUNSELING FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     behavioral health services division of the department of
    |
0018|     health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to provide non-
    |
0019|     recurring program training funding and a needs assessment for
    |
0020|     a program that provides grief counseling for children and
    |
0021|     their families.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
