APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the local government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for a | 0019| program serving the southeastern area of the city of | 0020| Albuquerque that provides a variety of reintegration services | 0021| for criminal offenders who are transitioning back into | 0022| society, including residential services, classroom and life | 0023| skills instruction and counseling. Any unexpended or | 0024| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 | 0025| shall revert to the general fund. | - 1 - 0001| |
