0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A

0012|     BORDER HEALTH FARM WORKER OUTREACH RESOURCE CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION--BORDER HEALTH.--Sixty-five
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the department of health for expenditure by the border
    |
0018|     health office in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     developing a farm worker outreach resource center to provide
    |
0020|     referral, education and counseling services.  Any unexpended
    |
0021|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0022|     1999 shall revert to the general fund.
