0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STATEWIDE ALZHEIMER'S PROGRAM.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty thousand
    |
0015|     six hundred dollars ($320,600) is appropriated from the
    |
0016|     general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in
    |
0017|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing or contracting
    |
0018|     for a statewide Alzheimer's program, to include information
    |
0019|     and assistance, consultation and education, respite care, a
    |
0020|     Native American community component and increased maintenance
    |
0021|     efforts.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
