0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand six hundred
    |
0016|     dollars ($50,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting to provide substance abuse
    |
0019|     counseling services in eastern McKinley county.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
