0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND INDIGENT BURIALS IN MCKINLEY

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of contracting with the Navajo nation
    |
0019|     office of veterans services for burial of indigent veterans or
    |
0020|     their family members in McKinley county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
