A new section 67-3-16.1 NMSA 1978 is enacted | 0016| to read: | 0017| "67-3-16.1 [NEW MATERIAL] TRANSFER OF ROADS TO | 0018| COUNTIES--MAINTENANCE COSTS FROM THE STATE.--Any public road | 0019| or highway transferred to county ownership or control shall be | 0020| accompanied by annual distributions from the state road fund | 0021| to the county in amounts required to maintain the public road | 0022| or highway that was transferred." | 0023| .121647.1 |
