0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of funding emergency management services
    |
0019|     in the rural areas of San Juan county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
