APPROPRIATION.--Seven hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($750,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the state department of public education for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of funding writing projects | 0019| at the university of New Mexico, university of New Mexico | 0020| Gallup branch, eastern New Mexico university and New Mexico | 0021| state university.
