0011| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NONRECURRING SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY

0012| PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE.

0014| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million one hundred
|
0016| twenty thousand dollars ($1,120,000) is appropriated from the
|
0017| general fund to the state department of public education for
|
0018| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
|
0019| implementing a nonrecurring technology program for the Cibola
|
0020| high school cluster in the city of Albuquerque, including
|
0021| Lyndon B. Johnson middle, Taylor middle, Chamiza elementary,
|
0022| Marie M. Hughes elementary, Petroglyph elementary and Sierra
|
0023| Vista elementary schools to ensure an integrated and
|
0024| compatible structure of computer systems for students in that
|
0025| school cluster from kindergarten through graduation. Any
|

0001| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of

0002| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
