0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVICES

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting to provide health and medical
    |
0019|     services to uninsured and low-income persons in Mora county. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
