APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars | 0017| ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board | 0018| of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of the publication of | 0020| research materials at the United States-Mexico law institute | 0021| of the university of New Mexico.
