FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COTTONWOOD RURAL WATER
COOPERATIVE IN EDDY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    six hundred forty-two thousand dollars ($642,000) to improve the water system
          at the Cottonwood rural water cooperative in Eddy county.
