FOR A NEW MEDICAL CENTER IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct, furnish and equip
          a new medical center in the village of Agua Fria in Santa Fe county.
