HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 21 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY J. "ANDY" KISSNER FOR THE COMPLETION OF PHASE THREE PROJECTS FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the board of regents of New Mexico state university: A. one million eight hundred thousand dollars ($1,800,000) to complete phase three of the baseball and softball facilities improvement project at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county; and B. four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to resurface the track and field facility at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county. - 1 -
