FOR RENOVATION OF THE COURT YOUTH CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for phase six of the renovation of the
          Court youth center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
