HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 30 
                                
                      STATE OF NEW MEXICO
            43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998

                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 38.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for repairs to the public swimming
pool in Silver City in Grant county; and

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and engineer the judicial and
detention complex in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
