FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING VARIOUS RENOVATION OR
REHABILITATION PROJECTS AT ARMORIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state armory board:
          
                    two million four hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($2,447,000) to plan,
          design and construct various renovation or rehabilitation projects at armories
          throughout the state.
