FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SAFE HOUSE IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for construction of a domestic violence safe house
          in Sandoval county.
