TO PAVE A SECTION OF TORRANCE COUNTY ROAD A049.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
                    
                    two million dollars ($2,000,000) to pave two and two-tenths miles of Torrance
          county road A049 between the intersection of that road and state road 41 and the
          Torrance county detention facility in Torrance county.
