FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT PECOS INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS IN SAN MIGUEL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
          A.  one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) for paving and drainage
improvements at Pecos independent schools in San Miguel county; and

          B.  fifty thousand five hundred dollars ($50,500) to equip and furnish the
computer laboratory at the middle school at Pecos independent schools in San Miguel county.
