SALAZAR FOR A JUVENILE RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE AT SAN JUAN PUEBLO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000) to plan, design or construct a juvenile residential facility for substance abuse treatment for the eight northern Indian pueblos council at San Juan pueblo in Rio Arriba county.
