HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 84 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY WILLIAM E. PORTER FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT AT THE LAS CRUCES RAILROAD DEPOT IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to develop the adjacent site at the Las Cruces railroad depot in Dona Ana county.
