HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 145 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DELORES C. WRIGHT FOR THE DONA ANA EDUCATIONAL CAMP AND RECREATIONAL PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two million dollars ($2,000,000) for construction, purchase and installation of equipment at the Dona Ana educational camp and recreational park in Dona Ana county.
