FOR A DENTAL CLINIC IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and
          equip a dental clinic that provides dental services to low-income families in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
