HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 173 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DANIEL P. SILVA FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO HOUSE DISTRICT 13. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: A. four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design and construct Alamosa Center park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; B. three hundred ninety thousand dollars ($390,000) to construct streetscape improvements to west Central avenue from Atrisco street to Coors boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; - 1 - C. one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for site and building improvements to Westgate community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and D. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to design and construct Westgate park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
