FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CUMBRES AND TOLTEC SCENIC RAILROAD IN RIO
ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission:
     
          A.  fifty-eight thousand one hundred dollars ($58,100) to renovate, in order to
comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Antonito depot
of the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad in Rio Arriba county;

          B.  forty-eight thousand six hundred dollars ($48,600) to renovate, in order to
comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Chama engine

house at the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad located in Rio Arriba county;

          C.  eleven thousand six hundred dollars ($11,600) to renovate, in order to
comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Osier facility at
the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad located in Rio Arriba county; 

          D.  fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000) to construct an addition and other
improvements to the car shop and engine house at the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad
located in Rio Arriba county in order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990; and

          E.  fifteen thousand four hundred dollars ($15,400) to renovate, in order to
comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the commission
office of the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad in Rio Arriba county.
