TO ACQUIRE ECOLOGICALLY SIGNIFICANT LAND UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE
NATURAL LANDS PROTECTION ACT.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the energy, minerals and natural resources department:
          
                    one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to acquire ecologically
          significant land under the provisions of the Natural Lands Protection Act.
