HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 208 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY PATSY TRUJILLO KNAUER FOR A SANTA FE RAIL BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN TRAIL IN SANTA FE COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000) to design or construct two miles of a bicycle and pedestrian trail along an old railroad right of way in Santa Fe county.
