TO MAKE PARKING IMPROVEMENTS AND IMPROVE SENIOR CITIZENS' ACCESS TO THE
DURNANES COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred two thousand dollars ($102,000) for making parking improvements
          and improving senior citizens' access to the Duranes community center in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
