FOR A STUDENT SERVICES BUILDING AT THE LOS ALAMOS CAMPUS OF THE UNIVERSITY
OF NEW MEXICO IN LOS ALAMOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
          
                    one million one hundred twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($1,112,500) to
          design, plan and construct a student services building at the Los Alamos campus
          of the university of New Mexico in Los Alamos county.
