REAUTHORIZATION; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION FOR
A PRESCHOOL BUILDING IN CHICHILTAH IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.


     The balance of the general fund appropriation made pursuant to Subsection V of Section
28 of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995 for a preschool building in Chichiltah shall not be expended for
its original purpose but is appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for a power
extension project for the community of Chichiltah in McKinley county.
